Archax Expands to U.S. With Acquisition of FINRA-Regulated Digital Assets Broker

Archax, the UK’s first digital assets exchange regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), announced it has finalized the acquisition of Globacap Private Markets Inc.

Globacap Private Markets Inc. is a U.S. broker-dealer that is regulated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It has also been rebranded as Archax Markets US.

The deal will position Archax to offer tokenized real-world assets (RWAs)—including equities, bonds, and funds—to U.S. institutional investors.
